The Standardization Technical Committee for Boiler and Pressure Vessels held a review meeting for the draft for comments of the industry standard "Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger" in Hangzhou on March 21, 2014. The meeting was attended by 19 experts from 12 units, including manufacturing units, user units, and research institutes. Zhou Wenxue, the secretary-general of the Heat Exchanger Branch, presided over the meeting, confirmed the handling of the collected opinions, and focused on discussing the scope of application of the standard. After the working group and the secretariat made modifications based on the opinions from this review meeting, a draft for review will be formed
