The main inspection focuses on its surface condition, elevation, plane position, shape, dimensions, and whether the reserved holes meet the actual needs. In addition, it is also necessary to check the threaded bolts of the equipment and ensure that all components are complete
After checking the base, it is necessary to place sizing blocks on it to make the equipment more stable. The area for placing the sizing blocks must be flat to ensure good contact between them. Additionally, the thickness of the sizing blocks can be adjusted according to actual needs to meet the design requirements
After that, use a level gauge to level the equipment, ensuring that all its connecting pipes can be connected without being stressed. Once leveled, the fabricated parts and the sizing blocks can be securely welded together. After aligning the equipment, secure it with anchor bolts, and then complete the installation of the heat exchanger on top
