Fault treatment method of spiral plate heat exchanger

In the production process, due to the tube sheet of the spiral plate heat exchanger being initialized by moisture, cavitation and corrosion of trace chemical media, leakage often occurs at the weld of the tube sheet, resulting in mixing of water and chemical materials, and the production process temperature is difficult to control. After the condenser tube sheet weld leaks, enterprises usually use traditional repair welding methods to repair it. Internal stress is easily generated inside the tube sheet, and it is difficult to eliminate it, causing leakage in other heat exchangers. Through pressure, enterprises inspect the repair of equipment, and repeatedly repair welding and experiment. It takes 2 to 4 people a few days to repair it. After a few months of use, the tube sheet weld corrodes again, causing waste of manpower, material resources, and financial resources to the enterprise and increasing production costs. Through the corrosion resistance and anti-initialization of polymer composites, and by protecting the new heat exchanger in advance, not only can the weld seam and trachoma problems existing in the new spiral plate heat exchanger be effectively treated, but also the corrosion of the metal surface and welding joints of the heat exchanger by chemical substances after use can be avoided. In the future, during regular maintenance, polymer composites can also be applied to protect exposed metals; even if leakage occurs after use, it can be repaired in time through technology to avoid long-term surfacing maintenance affecting production.
