1. Preparation before test drive
(1) Complete all maintenance tasks and ensure that the maintenance quality meets the specified requirements. Clean the entire system, inspect instruments, safety accessories, etc. to ensure completeness, sensitivity, and accuracy.
(2) Drain the air inside the heat exchanger and clean the construction site.
2. Test drive
(1) Heating and cooling should be gradual and should not jump, in order to avoid excessive pressure difference or thermal shock.
(2) During the test drive, it is necessary to observe any abnormal noises, leaks, or other phenomena. If there are any, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. If not, it indicates that the test drive has met the specified requirements.
3. Precautions
(1) Inspect blind plates, pipelines, valves, filters, and safety devices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
(2) The water and air inside the equipment should be completely drained to ensure safe operation.
