1、 Before shutting down the plate heat exchanger, the pump must be stopped and the power must be cut off.

2、 If there is a vent valve installed on the pipeline, it should be opened.

3、 After the plate heat exchanger stops pumping, slowly close the inlet valve of the hot medium first, and then close the inlet valve of the cold medium. Close the outlet valves of both media.

4、 For high-temperature and corrosive media, the plate heat exchanger should be emptied as much as possible to avoid scalding and equipment corrosion when opening the plate heat exchanger.
