The necessity of cleaning spiral plate heat exchangers
Spiral plate heat exchanger is an efficient heat exchanger. It is mainly composed of heat transfer plates, distance columns, connecting receivers, head covers, and gaskets. Two metal plates with a thickness of about 2.5-6mm are rolled into a pair of concentric spiral flow channels, starting from the base and ending at the edge.
The inlet temperature of the cleaning solution is 55 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 30 ℃. The temperature of the inlet cleaning solution can be adjusted according to the composition of the scale medium; Choose a cleaning method that combines soaking and circulation. Under normal circumstances, the spiral plate heat exchanger needs to be soaked for 15-20 hours and then subjected to forced circulation for 6 hours. The cleaning material is a viscous black liquid accompanied by flocculent tar, which forms a paste when it flows to the ground, with a weight of about 50-80kg. After cleaning to a certain extent, the outlet and inlet of the spiral plate heat exchanger are opened to investigate the cleanliness of the tar, and then participate in the "oil washing king" and adjust the formula appropriately. It is pumped into the waste ammonia water channel of the heat exchanger, and steam is introduced into the inlet of the circulating water channel for heating.
This spiral plate heat exchanger is suitable for: liquid-liquid, gas-liquid convective heat transfer can be used for steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer, and can be selected for industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, machinery, power, light industry, and textile; This device is made of two steel plates rolled together, forming two spiral channels. The two types of heat transfer cut-off can perform full reverse flow activity, suitable for small temperature difference heat transfer, easy to recover low-temperature heat sources, and can accurately control the outlet temperature.
