Our factory specializes in producing corrugated regular packing and loose packing, which can be made of materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, pure titanium, molybdenum titanium, etc. It has been applied in fields such as spices, pesticides, fine chemicals, and petrochemicals. Regular packing is divided into mesh, wire mesh, orifice plate, rolled orifice plate, etc.

working principle

The dried material is added from the center of the shell, and under the stirring of the constantly rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated, and indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rake teeth and the crushing of the crushing rod cause the moisture inside the material to vaporize. Under the action of the vacuum system, the internal and surface moisture of the dried material is more effectively pushed out. The vaporized moisture is discharged from the outlet of the vacuum pump through the dry dust collector, wet dust collector, and condenser.
